Nude Blazer

Blazer & Jeans . Topshop / Top . Primark / Sandals . River Island

Another weekend of good food and good weather! Feels like summer came early, which also means it's probably too good to be true. Never the less, I've been making the most of it, avoiding my essays, sitting in pub gardens and shopping instead.

Finally getting to wear my blazer, for the purpose I bought it. I spent the afternoon turn evening down the pub in the beautiful sun with the lovely glass of rose. The great thing about blazers is they look dressed up enough to not be too casual but not over dressed and aren't too thick to boil you over but the perfect warmth for the summer evenings, hence I can fully justify £49 on it! The following evening I wore it again, for dinner with my parents, where I had the most delicious starter. It was the second best seafood starter I've had in a while, the first being the exact same but with pulled pork and no prawns but still amazing.

But back to clothes, I went into River Island on Friday to purchase their metallic point sandals and come out with something totally different obviously. After sending round pictures of some of the sandals I'd seen when I walked in, my girls helped me decide on that pretty little number above. Deciding they were more summery and you can never go wrong with black and white. Which brings me on to my top, all I really need to say about this is - more stripes and it was only a fiver.
