Aw it is the season to be jolly! While I'm waiting for my beauty of a roast to be cooked I thought I'd share with you a few of the presents I got from my parents :) even though these weren't all surprises I am so happy with them!
Lady Gaga - Fame
At first look when I saw this perfume in the airport after arriving in Tenerife last year I thought..'Oh Lady Gaga this is gonna smell interesting' thinking it wouldn't be very nice and smell a little cheap but to my surprises (a very happy surprise) it smelt LOVELY and was a very reasonable price, unlike my fav perfume Lady Million which breaks the bank every time! Lady Gaga is retailed at about £29.
The most interesting thing about this perfume is the colour, it's pure black but when it is sprayed into the air, clothes or on your skin it turns clear.
Another one of my presents I want to show is my new book. I'm not the biggest fan of reading, I did when I was younger but then I think everyone had too? But this author and her I heart series are the best books I've have ever read and the only books that I've read front to back within a few days. They have a great story line for a girly, it's exactly how I'd love my life to be minus the drama but definitely the living in New York part!!
There's a good story behind this present, I actually found the parcel in the garage thinking it was neighbours till I read the label and it said Zara. Whoops! I even wrapped it myself, it's true what they say the element of surprise really does fizzle out the older you get. I love this bag, I saw it ages ago but I didn't have the money at the time but Zara being the great retailer they are, they bought it back in and slightly different! Fab :) the price of this bag is a little expensive at £50 but it's Christmas so it's ok.
Next.. The best present of all! I'd asked for this for Christmas but my mum had said not to expect it but I was opening my presents and I came across an iPad air case, my mum told me she'd got the wrong case but when I opened my last present it was the new iPad!! The only surprise for me this Christmas but a good one.
And lastly another prezzie I picked myself and was there when they were bought too haha! I had been hesitant about a bare of Dollie brogues for ages but I finally decided to take the jump and get some but instead of black I decided to mix it up and get burgundy. I love them so much, they will look good with my Zara bag too woooo.
I'm going to eat my body weight in food now. Hope you all have a lovely day!
Keep checking back for my OOTD's over the Christmas period and see my Boxing Day Sale purchases soon.
Abbey
Xx
Ps. I've changed my tag to something a little more sophisticated
